These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Roster Ready, operated by Orbivent Group Ltd. By creating an account or using Roster Ready, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1 — Who We Are

2 — Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roster Ready. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the app.
3 — Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Not share your account with anyone else
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at info@getrosterready.com
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4 — Acceptable Use
You agree to use Roster Ready only for its intended purpose — managing and participating in grassroots football teams.
You must not:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to access another user’s account or data
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, without notice.
5 — Admin Responsibilities
If you use Roster Ready as a team admin, you additionally agree to:
Only invite players who have consented to join your team
Use player availability data solely for team organisation purposes
Not share invite codes publicly in a way that allows unknown individuals to join your team
Take responsibility for the content you post (game notes, team announcements, etc.)
6 — Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Roster Ready (such as your profile photo or team badge).
By uploading content, you grant Orbivent Group Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content within the app solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your team.
We will never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties outside of what is described in our Privacy Policy.
7 — The Service
We aim to keep Roster Ready available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues beyond our control
Third-party service outages (e.g. Supabase)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
8 — Free Service & Future Pricing
Roster Ready is currently provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will give existing users advance notice and existing free features will remain accessible for a reasonable transition period.
9 — Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Roster Ready — including the app design, branding, logo, and underlying code — is owned by Orbivent Group Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without our prior written permission.
10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbivent Group Ltd shall not be liable for:
Loss of data due to technical failure
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app
Actions taken by other users within the app
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Roster Ready shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11 — Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings screen in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. We will endeavour to notify you unless doing so would be unlawful or harmful.
12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app and update the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of Roster Ready after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
