Roster Ready is a team management app for grassroots football players and admins, operated by Orbivent Group Ltd.

2 — What Data We Collect
Account Information
Email address
Display name
Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plain text)
Profile photo (optional)
Role (Admin or Player)
Player Profile Information
Preferred position (GK / DEF / MID / FWD)
Skill level (1–5 stars)
Preferred foot (optional)
Team & Game Data
Team name and details
Game schedules (date, time, venue, format)
Availability responses (In / Out / Pending)
Match results and scores
Player statistics (goals, appearances, attendance)
Technical Data
Device type and operating system
App version
Error logs (for debugging purposes only)
We do not collect your precise location, payment information, or any data from your contacts, camera roll, or microphone beyond what you explicitly choose to upload.
3 — How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Roster Ready service:
To create and manage your account
To show your availability and stats to your team admin
To send game reminders and availability request notifications
To display your profile within your squad
To calculate team balance scores and leaderboards
To diagnose and fix technical issues
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.
4 — Who We Share Your Data With
Supabase (supabase.com)
Our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
Expo / EAS (expo.dev)
Used to build and deliver the app. Expo does not have access to your personal data or game data.
No other third parties have access to your data.
5 — Data Visibility Within Your Team
When you join a team on Roster Ready:
Your display name, position, and profile photo are visible to all members of your team
Your availability responses (In/Out) are visible to your team admin and squad members
Your stats (goals, appearances) are visible to your squad on the leaderboard
Your email address is never visible to other users
Your data is only shared within the specific team(s) you have joined using an invite code. You cannot be found by strangers.
6 — Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data (name, email, photo) within 30 days. Anonymised statistical data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
7 — Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Deletion — ask us to delete your account and data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to how we process your data
Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time

8 — Children’s Privacy
Roster Ready is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9 — Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard methods
Database access is restricted by Row Level Security — users can only access data belonging to their own team
Profile photos are stored in a private storage bucket with access controls
10 — Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for:
Availability requests for upcoming games
Game reminders
Team announcements from your admin
You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings or within the Roster Ready app.
11 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you via the app if the changes are significant.
